Who We Are
Chief Executive Office
Hello I’m Marcus Dixon the CEO of Dragon Scale Cyber Security. I hold several degrees in the IT field an A.O.S. degree in Information technology, B.S. Degree in computer science, and a Master’s Degree in Cyber Security. During my tenure in the IT field, I also hold various IT industry certifications including the industry-coveted CISSP. I’ve worked in many positions from a NOC technician, System Engineer, and System Administrator to the Director of IT Services. And I’ve worked for multiple companies, such as Wells Fargo and Pacific Gas and Electric to name two. These various hats have given me the opportunity to observe and resolve many issues for an array of clients and work with multiple personalities and business needs in the real world and not just books and theory, so there is very little that I’ve not experienced in the information security field. What this experience and education affords me and Dragon Scale Cyber Security is valuable insight when it comes to resolving our client Cyber Security and IT-related issues and as the CEO of Dragon Scale Cyber Security, I’m in a position to leverage the skills I’ve maintained these 18 + years in the IT field along with the skills of the strong team of dedicated IT and Security professionals to benefit our clients.
Director of Client Services
My name is A.J. Kolesinski and I have been in the information technology field for over 16 years. I earned an Associate of Applied Science degree as a Microsoft Systems Engineer from MTI College of Business and Technology in Sacramento. I am finishing up my Bachelor’s of Science degree in Information Technology at Western Governors University. I hold several industry recognized certificates including CompTIA’s CySA+ [Cyber Security Analyst], Security+, Network+ and Project+, to name a few, and in the past I have held additional CompTIA, Avaya, and Microsoft certifications.
I worked for multiple MSP’s [Managed Service Providers] over the past 14 years. I was an integral part of growing break/fix shops into Managed Service Providers for small and medium sized businesses. My experience has led to custom building servers and workstations; troubleshooting issues with operating systems, applications, security, and networks; developing custom technology solutions for clients and project management of them; working with teams or leading them; dealing with vendors; documenting a clients site and keeping track of assets with their locations.
